Who we are

Cleveland Pacific Resort Pty Ltd (ABN 26 631 883 782), trading as Comfort Hotel Pacific Cleveland, 128 Middle Street, Cleveland QLD 4163. "We" on this page means us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or a function enquiry: what you type into the form (your name and email, and your phone number and message if you give them), and for a function, the type of event, the date and the number of guests. We also note how you found our site (for example a Google search, or a link from another site), which the site keeps in your browser until you send a form.

When you visit: anonymous page counts. Our analytics set no cookies and don't identify you.

When you book a room, you do it on Choice Hotels' website, and its own privacy policy covers what you give it there.

Why

To answer your enquiry, quote you, and host your stay or event if you go ahead. We use how you found us to learn which pages and links bring enquiries. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

Your enquiry is emailed to us, and kept as a record of the enquiry. That record is deleted two years after you last contact us; the emailed copy stays in our inbox like any other email. The services that do this for us are the website host, our email and team messaging providers, and FF Tech, which builds and runs the website and keeps our enquiry records. Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States. They handle your details only to deliver and keep the enquiry.

Seeing, correcting or deleting it
