What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a small fee — call or email us and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Can I arrive after reception closes?
Yes. Reception is open 8am–7pm daily, but after-hours key collection can be arranged in advance. Our after-hours manager is reachable on 0488 771 640.
Is parking available?
Yes — free on-site parking in our front and rear carparks, including undercover and limited-mobility bays. Two 22kW EV charging stations are also available for guests.
Do you allow pets?
We have a no-pets policy to keep rooms comfortable for all guests. A $300 cleaning fee applies if a pet is brought without prior permission — please call us to discuss before you book.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Connect to the Comfort Hotel, Pacific Guest or Comfort Guest network — the password is provided at check-in and in your room.
