Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of your arrival. We kindly request that you checkout promptly by 10am, allowing us to prepare your room for our next guests.
If your plans change and you require an early check-in or late check-out, we may be able to accommodate you for a small additional fee. Inform us via phone/email, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.
After-hours arrival
We understand some of our guests come from afar and may have unpredictable arrival times.
If you feel that you may not be able to arrive during reception hours, please let us know in advance via phone/email. On request, we can arrange after-hours key collection and check-in.

Parking
Our hotel has two carparks for guests (see map below): an area in front of the main lobby (Front Carpark), and a larger area near to the pool with undercover and limited mobility parking (Rear Carpark).
EV Charging Stations
There are two 22 KW EV Charging Stations at Comfort Hotel – Pacific Cleveland, one at the front carpark near the main entrance, and one at the rear carpark near the exit. Please talk to reception if you have any problems.
Hotel Map
During reception hours, the hotel can be accessed through the main lobby (where reception is), walking past the main lobby will lead you directly to the rooms on the 1st floor. A lift is available for guests to access the ground/1st floor.
After reception hours, the ground floor entrance can be accessed through the after hours door next to the pool. 1st floor can be accessed via the stairs
Note: Some wheelchair-accessible rooms are located on the first floor. Please let our onsite manager know beforehand if you need to use the front entrance door to access the room after-hours. Our friendly staff will try their best to assist you.
Room Keys
You will receive 2 keys and 1 white power tag when you check-in:
- The key with the blue sticker is for the after-hours door and the other is your room key.
- The power tag is used to get power for lights, TV, air conditioner, etc. Stick the tag into the power slot on the wall near the entrance. When you hear a beep, the power for the air con is on. Then feel free to use the remote to control the temperature.
- Please take your room keys with you when you leave your room. There will be a call-out fee of $30 if you lock yourself out of the room and require after-hours assistance to open the door.
Mini-bar and Plates
Each room has 7 drinks in the bar fridge and they cost $3 each. Please pay at reception when you check-out.
Feel free to request any plates or cutlery at reception. Please clean them after use and keep them in the room.
Public Laundry
There is a laundry room on the ground floor near the swimming pool entrance. The washers and dryers in the laundry are free to use. You can buy laundry powder from reception at $2 per pack or from the shopping center next door.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests.

Room Service
The rooms will be serviced every day (except on Sunday or Public Holidays), with the bed being made up, rubbish taken out and towel refreshed if needed. Please talk to our reception staff if you need anything on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Please hang the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door if you do not wish the room to be serviced.
Hotel Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules and policies:
- Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 10:00am
- Parties or large gatherings are not permitted
- Activities including the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within rooms. There is a $300 cleaning fee if you smoke in the room. There is a further $1800 fine if the fire alarm is triggered because of smoking in the room.
- No cooking is permitted in motel rooms. The microwave in the room is for heating only. There is a $1800 fine if the fire alarm is triggered because of cooking in the room.
- Comfort Hotel – Pacific Cleveland has a no-pets policy. There is a $300 cleaning fee if you bring a pet to the room without prior permission.
Please note that failure to comply with our rules may result in guests being asked to vacate the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, non-compliance with our noise policy, smoking policy, and respect for other guests, staff and hotel property. Guests will be held liable for any damages to our property.
